Terms & Conditions
Effective date: June 12, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Practice Peace website, operated by BrightSol LLC ("Practice Peace," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use of the site
This site and its content are provided for general information about Practice Peace programs. You agree to use it lawfully, not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, and not to use it in any way that infringes the rights of others.
Programs and services
Descriptions, pricing, capacity, and availability of programs may change at any time without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer that can be accepted simply by submitting a form. A binding engagement is created only through a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and the terms of that agreement (including scope, fees, scheduling, cancellation, and refunds) govern the engagement, not this website.
Not medical or therapeutic advice
Practice Peace provides performance-focused subconscious training in a professional corporate format. It is not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, or medical care, and nothing on this site is medical, psychological, or professional advice. Our programs are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health crisis, contact a qualified provider or emergency services. Statistics and outcomes referenced are for illustration only and are not a promise or guarantee of any particular result.
Intellectual property
The Practice Peace name, logo, the Peace Response framework, and all text, graphics, and other content on this site are owned by Practice Peace or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our prior written permission.
Third-party links and tools
The site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as scheduling, email, and social platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Practice Peace and its owners and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Practice Peace harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
